If AnimeSnap is not working as expected, please contact support with your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.

Quick Checks

• Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data.
• Check that Photos permission is enabled for saving results.
• Open the Credits tab if you see a low-credit warning.
• Try the same photo again if the AI result is not what you expected.

About AnimeSnap

AnimeSnap transforms your photos into hand-drawn anime-inspired and cinematic fantasy artwork. You can choose a creative style, generate an image, save it to Photos, share it, or keep it in your local archive.

How do credits work?

Each photo conversion uses 1 credit. You can buy more credits in the Credits tab. Before / After video creation uses 1 additional credit because it creates a separate shareable video.

Where are my generated images saved?

Completed results are saved in the AnimeSnap Archive on your device. You can also save them to the iOS Photos app from the result screen or archive viewer.

Can I delete archive items?

Yes. Open Archive, select one or more items, and tap the trash button. You can also delete a single item from the full-screen archive viewer.

Why did my conversion fail?

Conversions can fail because of network problems, temporary server issues, unsupported image formats, or a low-credit balance. Try again with a stable connection and enough credits.

Can I change the app language?

Yes. Open Settings, choose App Language, and select System Default or any supported language.

Privacy

AnimeSnap uses Firebase services for authentication, analytics, storage, and image processing status. Uploaded original photos are used only to perform the requested conversion and are deleted from cloud storage after processing. Generated results remain in your local archive unless you delete them.

Analytics events help improve the app experience, such as understanding which screens and features are used most often. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Purchases

Credit packs are one-time purchases handled by Apple In-App Purchase. If a purchase does not appear immediately, open the Credits tab and use the restore option.

For billing, refund, or payment method issues, please use Apple Support because purchases are processed by Apple.
